1. Install and configure GPG4WIN 1.1.4:
Run the installer and click "Next".
Then again click "Next".
Expose you need a tick (leave it as it is) and click "Next".
Then again click "Next".
Set the desired checkboxes and click "Next."
Click "Install".
If you do not wish to read the "README", uncheck the box and click "Finish".
Once installed, run the key manager WinPT. When you first start the utility prompts you to create a key pair. This is a very important step. Restore the private key will be impossible, it is necessary to generate a new one. Each private key is encrypted with a password. Select "Generate a GnuPG key pair" and click "OK".
Inscribe your name / nickname and your Email address and click "OK".
Create your own strong password and make a note of it.

2. Install Privoxy:
Run the installer and click "Next".
Click "Install".
After installing the installer will prompt us to run the program, agree clicking "YES" and take the program to the system tray.
3. Install Vidalia:
Run the installer and click "Next."
Again, press "Next".
Click "Install".
Completing the installation by clicking "Finish".
4. Install and configure PSI +:
Run the installer and click "Next."
Remove the check mark from the "PSI + PLUGINS" and put a check in the "Automatically start with Windows", click "Next."
Click "Install".
Click "Finish".

Run the "psi-plus plugins.exe" and extract the plugins folder with the PSI + (the default path).
Now run the PSI +, we propose to register or use an existing account, select "Use existing" (if you do not have an account yet, register).

Go to the tab "Details" and press "Select key .."
Assign your account you generated the key.

We are again in the "Account Settings", click "Save".
Now, go into the settings PSI +, to the "Plugins" and choose from a list of "Off-the-Record Messaging Plugin", put a tick after the "Activate".
Go to the tab "My private keys" and click "Generate a new key."
Go to the "Settings" tab and switch to "Automatically start your private messages".
Click "OK" and restart the PSI +.

OTR works.
PGP works.
Now we have installed and configured PSI +, working through a network of TOR + PGP encryption and OTR.
